potential buyer can check off on their wish list the better the chance you have
of getting a phone call. And that's what you want, right? Activity. This is
what you'll take back to your sellers, showing them that you will sell their
house. I know this may all seem simple, but the truth is, no matter how simple
it really is there are many agents who think they can achieve the same results
by taking shortcuts. One of those shortcuts being to post subpar photos of
their client's home. Sure, eventually they might sell the home, but at what
