RE Photography

The photography service provides real estate agents with: 1) Unlimited number of realistic HDR quality photos - photos of every space of the home. 2) Realistic photos - no heavy photo manipulation. 3) Photos will be numbered in a tour-like order, making it simple to upload a professional presentation. 4) Timely arrival and professional service.

Staging Consultations

This service is for owner-occupied homes that are for sale. Living in a home that is for sale can be challenging – for both the real estate agent and the homeowner. MLF Photography & Design will evaluate the home room by room, inside and out. A report will be compiled listing the recommendations needed to make the home look its best. The homeowner will have multiple levels of recommendations to choose from, based on the amount of effort and investment they are willing to contribute. The homeowner will also receive tips on how to live in the home without it looking “lived in” during the selling period. 

This service can be paid for by the agent and marketed as part of their service package, or they can offer it as a recommended service which the homeowner would pay for. 

“First home” photos

This is a specialty service that agents can offer to “new” homeowners as a “housewarming” gift. MLF Photography & Design will spend 30 minutes photographing the couple or family in front of their new home. The family will receive the photos to use how they wish, and/or the agent can give them a large photo to hang in their new home.

Print Graphic & Layout Design

This service offers an opportunity for you to create your own custom marketing materials. (Ex: flyers, mailers, list of services brochures, you name it.) MLF Photography & Design can even create logos!
